TNAA's Terms

I understand and agree that TNAA will contact me about my application for employment. I also understand that TNAA will not advance the employment process until after I have provided all necessary information and communicated with a recruiter.

I confirm that I am the primary user and subscriber to the telephone number entered, and I hereby consent to receive informational calls and texts to that number from TNAA. I also understand that all information provided will be handled subject to TNAA’s Privacy Policy.

I represent that all information I submit to TNAA now and in the future in association with my application for employment is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and that any misrepresentation, falsification or willful omission is grounds for disqualification from further consideration or for dismissal from future employment.

I further understand that this prospective employment process does not create an employment contract between me and TNAA. Should this application result in my employment, I have a right to terminate my employment at any time and for any reason and, where permissible by law, TNAA retains a similar right prior to or after I may be employed.

I understand that I may be required to take and pass a drug screening test as a condition for employment. By agreeing to these terms, I consent to take such a test, if required, and agree to hold TNAA harmless for any alleged harm to me that might result from such testing, including loss of employment or any other kind of adverse job action that might arise as a result of the drug or alcohol test, even if a TNAA or laboratory representative makes an error in the administration or analysis of the test or the reporting of the results.

I understand that as a requirement of employment with TNAA, my education (including any degrees or certifications and state licensure), as well as criminal background screens, are required. I authorize all previous educational institutions, certification programs and state licensing facilities to release my information to TNAA.

By agreeing, I hereby authorize my current and former employers, references, and any other individual or organization to provide information regarding my work performance or suitability for employment to TNAA, and I hereby release and discharge each of the above, including TNAA, from any liability of any kind or nature.

I also permit TNAA to share with its client facilities all information relevant to the prospective employment process. I understand that TNAA is not responsible for any actions or omissions of its clients, and I hereby release TNAA from any all liability arising out of any misuse of my personal information or any failure by its clients to protect and keep confidential my personal information.
