Maybe you’re not sure who to contact, but you have an issue you feel should be addressed. The VP of HR will be your go-to. Upon receiving your complaint or concern, the VP of HR will determine which department is most suited to resolve the issue. The department head would then be responsible for evaluating the issue and pursuing a solution in an efficient manner that is in the best interest of the complainant (you) and TNAA.
Maybe your situation is not tied clearly to one singular department or it may involve sensitive circumstances. In these instances, the complaint will be handled by the VP of HR. Remember, if something involves sensitive information, it is important to reach out to HR. While you may feel extremely comfortable with your recruiter, we want to ensure that your issue is documented according to best practices to protect any sensitive or personal information.
